Terms of Service

1. Website use

Content on www.alplindia.com is provided for general information. Rates and transit times shown or quoted are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.

2. Quotations and bookings

Quotations are valid for 7 / 15 days unless stated otherwise, exclude duties, taxes and charges levied by third parties unless listed, and are subject to carrier availability and surcharges applicable on the date of shipment.

3. Standard Trading Conditions

All services are performed subject to ALPL's Standard Trading Conditions (link / attached PDF), which limit our liability in line with industry norms and applicable conventions. Cargo insurance is not included unless expressly arranged.

4. Customer obligations

You are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions, declarations, packing suitable for the mode, and timely provision of documents. Dangerous goods must be declared in advance.

5. Intellectual property

The ALPL name, logo and website content are the property of Amit Logistics India Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai / Thane have exclusive jurisdiction.
