- Details you submit through our enquiry, quote and careers forms, name, company, email, phone, shipment details and, for applicants, your CV.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To perform logistics services you engage us for, including sharing shipment details with carriers, customs authorities and partner agents as required.
- To consider job applications.

4. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers needed to perform the above (carriers, customs brokers, partner agents, IT and form-handling providers) and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months; shipment records for the period required under Indian customs and tax law; applicant CVs for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
